Dressed Like Boys' new single, ‘LY’, opens his sophomore album ‘And Then I Woke Up’ (out February 5) with a burst of quirky indie pop sunshine. A jam session with Eels and Beck at Brian Wilson’s place.

“‘LY’ is about not taking life so seriously. Life isn’t a chore, it’s a dance,” explains frontman Jelle Denturck. “Sometimes you just want to feel the sun on your face and walk lightly through the world.

Following triumphant runs at festivals like Rock Werchter (BE), Sziget (HU), Haldern Pop (DE), Printemps de Bourges (FR) and Best Kept Secret (NL), Dressed Like Boys has announced a new European tour for Spring '27 in support of the new album.
Dressed Like Boys has also been selected for Spotify’s RADAR programme in the Benelux.
