Bobbi Lu releases intoxicating new single ‘Future Shock’

‘Future Shock’ is the intoxicating new song by British bedroom producer Bobbi Lu and main single for debut album ‘Arrow, Four’, that’s coming out on 25 October. It’s electronic indie and dance pop in the style of Caroline Polachek, Jockstrap, Roisin Murphy and Billie Eilish, with its thumping Running Up That Hill-drums driving it to delirious heights.

Bobbi Lu is the moniker of Lucy Ryan, born and raised in Oxfordshire in the UK, now living in Bruges (BE), after she followed love a few years ago. In this song, Lucy shares her growth process as a person and artist, in which she first doubts, experiences stress and starts over, to eventually grow and land. It is the story of her journey from mental busyness to emotional clarity.

Bobbi Lu has established herself as a live sensation, supporting Belgian indie darlings The Haunted Youth in London and Paris, and playing the Great Escape Festival twice in 2023, amongst others.
